Carrier
The main advantages of the SEIK cableways are as follows: The load can be lowered or lifted duringthe longitudinal motion of the carrier. Rollers at the cable supports can guide the main line. Simple operation and direct steering from the ground allow difficult lifting and lowering manoeuvres to be carried out safely and precisely. Compared to material handling by helicopter the carrier can keep the load stablein any position for as long as necessary enabling work to go ahead without pressure of time. The cable crane can operate in rotational mode but it is capable of using gravity even in relatively flat terrain.
The SEIK system can also be employed with curred tracks. The SEIK cable ways can be used with almost unlimited track lenghts; so that forest roads or other serious landscape changes often become unnecessry.
NL 20/40
The patented system of carriage with double hoisting winch.
This additional motorized carriage has been specially developed for forestry applications, but it can also be used on building yards, such as for the transport of long tubes. The hydraulic winch of the NL 20/40 is powered by the hydraulic circuit of the main carriage SFM 20/40 or SFM 30/60.
Through the transmitter is possible to control both drives simultaneously lifting in a synchronized, or even individually.
The force lifting the NL 20/40 is 2t in single traction and 4t in double traction, with the optional lifting beam.
Advantages:
- Height of the skyline rope contained, and consequently reduced height of supports
- Increased speed of the carriage in full load
- Economic work
SFM 20/40
The SFM20/40 sliding cable crane is the ideal solution for forestry (turret and bi-directional use) as well as for small construction sites.
It offers the following advantages:
- Lightweight yet sturdy
- Rapid and precise operating even with just two people
- Fit also for oblique pull and steep areas
- The winch can be placed freely either uphill or downhill
- The shifting of the trolley along the carrier cable is always possible
- Orderly unloading of trunks
- No other trolley necessary for double pull
SFM 30/60
The SF 30/60 is intended for larger construction sites.
It allows:
- Precise and rapid working even with heavy loads.
- The winch can be placed in any positionbetween hilltop and valley.
- No secondary carrier is necessary for double traction.
